Compartment: Reticular Dermis

Definition: A cartwheel-like growth pattern of spindle cells radiating from a central point — classic for dermatofibroma and DFSP.
Clinical Context: Dermatofibroma, Dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans, Leiomyoma (focal)
Key Feature: Concentric, radiating fascicles of spindle cells with cigar-shaped nuclei, densely packed in a whorled arrangement.
