Definition: A multinucleated histiocyte with a wreath-like ring of nuclei separating an eosinophilic core from an outer rim of foamy cytoplasm — pathognomonic for juvenile xanthogranuloma.
Clinical Context: Juvenile xanthogranuloma, Xanthoma, Necrobiotic xanthogranuloma
Key Feature: Central wreath of nuclei encircling a homogeneous eosinophilic core, with a peripheral rim of pale, foamy (lipidized) cytoplasm.
