Definition: A branching, tree-like pattern of thick-walled dermal vessels that ascend and taper toward the epidermis, classically seen in basal cell carcinoma.
Clinical Context: Nodular basal cell carcinoma, Morpheaform BCC, Trichoblastoma
Key Feature: Large-caliber trunks branching at acute angles into fine terminal capillaries, embedded within tumor-associated fibromyxoid stroma.
